Finding solid ground, together.
Online therapy for adults across Colorado, Tennessee, and Florida.
I help people work through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the quiet sense that something feels stuck.

Guided by Compassion and Evidence
Why I do this work
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to search for solid ground, and I wanted to help others find theirs. That isn't just a professional commitment for me. It's personal. I believe the people who are drawn to do this work are often the ones who have had to do a great deal of their own.

Long before it was my profession, I was drawn to the complexity of human experience. Why we struggle, how we heal, and what it means to live a life that feels genuinely our own. Underneath all of it is a belief that has never left me: every person deserves to feel truly seen and understood.
The Heart of My Practice

Deep Empathy
I offer a grounded presence where you can feel truly heard and understood. This empathy is rooted in my own experiences of navigating life's complexities.

Intentional Growth
We work together to create clarity and cultivate a life that aligns with your deepest values, moving through the quiet sense of feeling stuck.

Real Connection
I believe healing happens through authentic relationship and the real, unconditional presence of another human being on this journey.

The work we'll do
For the past nine years, I have had the privilege of sitting with people through some the hardest chapters of their lives. The exhausting weight of anxiety and depression. The slow, careful work of healing from trauma. The disorientation of a major life transition. The quiet ache of not feeling like enough.

I have been especially moved by the clients who arrive carrying wounds they have never had language for, and I count it a privilege to sit with them as they find their voice. I don't take lightly the courage it takes to reach out, and I try to meet every client with the same care I would want for someone I love.
How I approach our work
My style is integrative, which is a clinical way of saying I don't believe one size fits all. Some of our work will focus on what is happening in your body. Some will focus on the thoughts and patterns running underneath. All of it is collaborative. You are the expert on your own life, and I will follow your lead while holding you accountable to what you have said matters to you.
A whole person, too
When I am not in session, you might find me on a trail with my dogs, in my home gym, or curled up with a good book. I share that not to fill space, but because I think it matters that your therapist is a whole person too, someone still doing the work of showing up for their own life.

My practice is fully telehealth, which means we can meet wherever you are, not just geographically, but in your life. I am licensed to work with clients located in Colorado, Tennessee, and Florida.
Florida: Licensed Mental Health Counselor, License #MH27879
Colorado: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), License #LPC.0013014
